My name is Shondra Hall and I have a Masters of Science in Exercise Science with a concentration in Nutrition and Wellness. I specialize in providing wellness options related to nutrition and movement for those that feel they are too busy and have not been able to prioritize their health. Through my own personal experiences and working with others I have develop personalized approaches to having a better quality of life.
It is not just about losing weight but developing methods to maintain this new lifestyle.
